Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail directly to your home address. Orders usually take 2-3 days. Free shipping on all UK orders over £50.

UK Shipping Rates are based on order value as below:

• Up to £25.00 = £2.50
• £25.00 - £50.00 = £3.00
• £50.00+ = FREE

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery service within 2-3 working day

Returns and Refunds

Products can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Prelovedesigner 3-5 High Street Stokesley North Yorkshire TS9 5AD. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
